Cranberry Gimlet

Leftover Cranberry Syrup50 ml

Method

In a cocktail shaker, add the gin, lemon juice, a few fresh cranberries and the cranberry sauce syrup .

Add the ice and shake well for around 20 seconds until the shake feels extremely chilled.

Strain into a small chilled cocktail tumbler or coupe.

Garnish with a couple of fresh cranberries.
