Method

Add the dates, peanut butter, poppy seeds, chocolate and peanuts (not the garnish amounts) to a food processor and blend until you have a fine crumb.

Portion into equal-sized balls and squeeze them tightly so they hold their shape.

Chop the peanuts for the garnish. Melt the chocolate and dip each ball into the chocolate to cover. Place on a parchment-lined baking tray and sprinkle with chopped peanuts and sea salt.

Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
