ZOE Marinated Olives with Greek Yoghurt

Ingredients

Green Olive300 g
Greek Yoghurt150 g
ZOE Daily30+30 g
Fresh Coriander15 g
Fresh Parsley15 g
Chilli Flakes1 tsp
Extra Virgin Olive Oil3 tbsp
Sourdough

Method

Add the drained olives, Daily30+, olive oil and herbs to a bowl and stir to combine. Set aside – you can do this step a few days in advance to increase the flavour.

Stir a pinch of salt through the greek yoghurt. Spread onto a plate and top with the marinated olives.

Serve with toasted sourdough and enjoy!
