Peanut Chocolate Dates

Ingredients

Pitted Medjool Dates20
Smooth Peanut Butter20 g
Dark Chocolate100 g
Coconut Oil15 g

Method

Using a knife, cut down one side of the date and open it up slightly.

Fill the cavity with ½ a teaspoon of peanut butter and close the date around the peanut butter. Repeat with the remaining dates.

Place the dates in the freezer for at least 1 hour.

Melt the dark chocolate and coconut oil together in the microwave in 30-second bursts, stirring between each go until smooth and spread over the top.

Dip each date third into the melted chocolate and place on a tray lined with greaseproof paper and sprinkle with sea salt.

Chill in the freezer for at least another hour. You can store in the freezer or fridge depending on your preference.
