Perfect Charred Tenderstem Broccoli

Tenderstem Broccoli300 g
Olive Oil
Chilli Flakes
Parmesan
Method

Heat the oven to 200°C. Lay the broccoli onto a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil, season with salt and pepper and slide into the oven for 10-15 mins, until charred.

To serve, grate over the Parmesan and sprinkle over some chilli flakes. If batch cooking for the week, transfer to a container and store in the fridge until ready to eat.
